We own some cold storages which harbor the different types of family meats we sell:

1.    FRIDGE FOR CARCASSES

2.    POULTRY FRIDGE

3.    FRIDGE FOR PACKED PRODUCTS

4.    EXPEDITION FRIDGE

5.    FREEZING TUNNEL

6.    “SANDACH” FRIDGE

7.    FREEZER

 We also use different rooms for butchering and manipulating products which are demanded from our customers:

1.    CARCASSES BUTCHERING ROOM

2.    MINCED MEAT AREA

3.    PACKAGING ROOM

4.    POULTRY ROOM

5.    EXPEDITION ROOM

All of them are controlled with a sophisticated computer programme that keeps them at the adequate temperatures, as the specific law indicates.
